Most of Kais people spent their entire life in their customary land, called hamlet/dusun. It associates with food abundant, pristine nature, cultural preservation and anchestor dwell.
Kais people build a hamlet hut up above the ground (situated along the river) to avoid high tide from the river and wild animal. There is a fireplace inside the hut to keep warmth at night. They also keep kinds of catching & hunting tools. Cannoo is their luxury transport, where every man should have.
